The best brain therapy to take note this year

Suppose you have been frustrated due to drugs not working in your body and you keep feeling that pain daily and don’t know how to come out of it, you should try to change the way you have been taken it. Try something else, like playing video games.
When I was young, I use to have low memory, I mean not able to recall things. My parents do say it is as a result of over-playing. I don’t spend that time on video games, rather on friends; peer groups who weren’t helping me solve my problem. They too were dull like me. I had to stop and figure out something, how to deal with it.

It was really a headache, the most disturbing thing in my life that time. When I see big guys talking about the latest game in town, I keep listening, to see if I can know about one. I found myself getting so interested in it. So, I decided to meet one of them talking, who invited me to his house to play some new fighting games. I was so happy that I forgot, I am entering another world, one that can solve my current issue.
The very day, I visited his house; I played and learned about that particular game (PS1). I was so fantastic. Within few months, I got mine from a relation who I think is also a game addict.
Most of my time was spent on playing strategic, action games which I found very helpful. In no time, I was beginning to recall stuffs little by little, even when my parents think it is a bad idea to engage in games; video ones. For me, I liked it. In less than 6 months, I was smart, intelligent and ever ready to solve problem. I found out that those games helped to enhance my memory, which made me to be the best in class.

For you, I will say stop playing silly ones. Those you will be called freak when on it. Try to go for more difficult games that can help build up your thinking faculty.
If you don’t have a play station, you can use your mobile phone. Just make sure you play HD ones or any 3D that rocks on app store. I can say, it will help up your brain, as it is the best therapy for loss of memory.
